you may book your transfer(s) online up to 24 hours before your travel date. It is however recommended that you book as early as possible
Fare are calculated based on distance from your pick-up and drop-off points.
We recommend that you schedule your departure at least thirty to forty-five (45 – 1hr) minutes from destination to airport
If your flight is delayed or cancelled or if there be any changes to transfer details, be sure to notify us as soon as possible via our Contact page.We will send confirmation of changes via your email address.

Yes. We offer the ability for customers to pay cash-on-arrival.
Payment can be made in USD or BBD.

Please take not of the Following:
If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time of the transfer you wish to cancel, you receive 100% money back guaranteed.
- If you cancel, more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the pickup time the cancellation charge is 25% of the price of the initial booking.
- No monies will be refunded for cancellations received less than 24 hours from the scheduled time of the transfer you wish to cancel.Refunds are paid within 30 days.
In most cases we will be able to reschedule your transfer without a problem
Yes, please inform of us of this change as soon as possible.
Yes, we provide car seats on request at the cost of USD $ 10 per seat.
In the event that a car seat is not available, you are entitled to your full refund on payment made for the item.
